In order to promote the high-quality development of physical education discipline, a group from the Department of Athletic Training and the Office of Academic Affairs of the College of Physical Education of Shenzhen University went to the College of Sports Science of Fujian Normal University on November 8-10, 2024 for exchanges and learning.

Leaders and faculty members from Fujian Normal University's College of Physical Education and Science, including Dean Xu Wenxin, Deputy Party Secretary Luo Yi, Vice Dean Zhong Xiaobo, Vice Dean Wei Deyang, Director of the Department of Sports Training Zhou Tong, Secretary of the Youth League Committee Ji Zengzhang, Director of the Subject Platform Office Yang Jingyun, and Manager of the Teaching and Research Management Office Chen Yuting, attended the exchange meeting.Representatives from Shenzhen University's School of Physical Education， Vice Dean Zhang Debao, Director of the Department of Sports Training Deng Wanjin, Deputy Director of the Department of Sports Training Zeng Hongfa, Director of the Track and Swimming Teaching and Research Office Huang Kunlun, Director of the Big Ball Teaching and Research Office Cui Jiabao, Director of Student Affairs Office Chen Yan, Deputy Director of Student Affairs Office Lei Yu, and Volleyball Coach Zhang Yanjing participated in the exchange activities. In-depth discussions were held on topics such as sports team recruitment, competition and management, project application, student affairs, and scheduling.

After the meeting, teachers from both schools formed project teams based on their respective projects, and visited the office and sports venues of the School of Sports Science at Fujian Normal University, as well as watched sports team training, and had more in-depth exchanges. This two-day exchange and visit activity not only built a bridge for communication and cooperation between the two academies, but also provided new ideas and inspirations for both sides in disciplinary construction and talent cultivation. In the future, our school will continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with sister universities such as the School of Sports Science at Fujian Normal University, and jointly promote the high-quality development of sports disciplines.
